you can get a cheap beesting aerial from your local Motor World mate, an Autoleads one, its only £3.29 and works as a proper aerial not jus for looks with no signal
i think the part number is RMA884 but not certain if thats a diff thread, its the 6mm thread more than likely you would need...
well you were right, i earthed em at seperate points and i get interference
bought an earthing point so ill have to rig that up so there both on the same point.....

the trouble with Halfords is a high percentage of there staff are part time people at college or uni and are only there to make some money, dont know anythin at all about cars, just need to learn how to use the till.........

my total bill was over £1k but a lot of that was labour, think you are lookin around the £300 mark for the part
ring Renault they will be able to tell you exactly..........jus ask for the parts dept.
you should be able to get an adapter made up somewhere, there was a thread on here a while back from someone who had one made up and could get more made
the BMC is a good £70 cheaper than a Viper.........

on a 16v then definitely the only way to do it is to have the air box or a carbon induction kit like the BMC......
on an RT, id keep the original airbox, i happen to have a spare if you wanna buy it off me for peanuts......
or if you want an induction kit get the Hill Power one, its by far...
