Depends on what it was cat d for. Mainly bumpers and bonnets etc are cat d. According to the advert- all that was wrong was bolt on panels. Just check the work thats been done i would say.

Im sure i felt a power loss when i fitted the viper, certanlty feels alot happier with the standard box on, with an ITG filter and the cold air feeds re routed :) Just miss the noise a little, saving for an ITG max FTW :)

coilovers arent just for going low, they are there for superior handling and road holding that you just dont get with lowering springs. IMO anyway.
