what does everyone use then ?
i used to use the Halfords one but it leaves a residue when it dries, changed over to the Comma one an thats pretty good
anyone use the Auto Glym one ?
i agree with Colin, Magnatec caused my tappets to be horrendously loud, stay clear of that oil, its crap
and as said Wynns do a hydraulic valve treatment, looks like piss in a bottle and Halfords sell it
lol, are hill power any good with engines, basically YES....
Nick knows what he is doin, he races prepares engines, has been doin it for years an knows loads....when you go down there, he has loads of photos in his office from race teams that hes done the engine for...
Nick will sort you no...
could the bottle have been purple by any chance, or was it definitely dark blue, and how big a bottle was it
if its only supposed to be in for five minutes id say its an engine flush, and you shouldnt leave that in, definitely not
yes its fairly easy to do, theres a large thread on the RSC forum about it somewhere
i did mine and now the only noise my engine has is my induction kit and the alternator, my tappets are silent
get some coilovers mate, not got em on mine yet but apparently you have to have em to believe just how good they are
what about a strut brace......K-Tec might have produced the rear brace by now too....
jus to point out, the Brun on there is a diff one from me, hes from leeds an has same surname as me...
an the build quality on the V6s ive seen close up was mint, it looked fine and the bodywork all fitted well....
right here they are, just took some now.....as you can see from the (blurry:oops:) close up one, they do stick out slightly towards the bottom

phase 1 is flat, the phase 2 + 3 are the bubble ones
YES they do fit, as ive literally just put some on mine which my mate had tinted, its too dark for a pic at the mo but ill try an take one soon for you
did it today, didnt seem to be able to use any bolt other than the one holdin the rear passenger side seat belt in place, car side of things, not boot, one in the corner
my amp checks the earth before it will play and its worked every time so it must be ok......a lot better than where i had it...

the dizzi cap is that plastic thing that all the plug leads go to.....the rotar arm is inside that, they both have metal contacts on them that can wear out......you can get both from Halfords/Renault
