someone has just crashed into me, damaged my rear panel (which ive only just had rust removed from) and my door, both passenger side was hit by a Renault Espace with some young lad driving with his dad phoned the insurance an im totally gutted......... its not my week :(

iirc the first vtrs are fairly evenly matched for a 1.4RT however, the new ones, well, ive managed to beat em before around bends an stuff, but once ur on a straight an it gets to about 80+ they start edgin past quite easily, i dunno what it is but ive had it happen 2-3 times now

it could be the coolant temp sensor, apparently they go through these like mad at Renault, when i got mine that was the 8th they had used that day.... an as said above it could also be the throttle potentiometer, take your car somewhere else....

oi u lot hehe ! go for a fully synthetic 5W-40, ones i would recommend are Silkolene Pro S Shell Helix Ultra Total Quartz 9000 (what im currently using) Halfords own ! you could also go with Mobil 1 if you want at 0W-40, should be fine, but me personally id prefer the ever so slightly...

ive just put 16v calipers on mate and it does the same as it did with my 1.4 calipers...
