Thing is 1inch of zaust for every 100hp on a turbo is correct way of doing it, problem is, couldnt fit a 6inch downpipe in there :S My punto ran 2.5 inch, some people ran 3inch with 200bhp and had problems. I think its just to awkward like you said, no bloody room.

How about a punto? With a cosworth engine, running 557bhp before another remap, shud be 600bhp+ easy.
