OK so last month my car was PC'd, clayed, polished, sealed and waxed. What do I need to do when giving it the weekly clean - wash and wax or wash, polish and wax? Not sure how often I need to do each thing.

So i bought all of the correct Autoleads parts to make my new JVC headunit work and the first time I plugged them in, it all worked fine. However, the headunit didn't hold its memory which means that the steering wheel control loom must have swapped over the ignition and permanent power...

My mates ph1 172s alarm goes off whenever locking the car using the central locking button. He either has to manually lock all the doors or wait for the auto locking to arm itself. Anyone heard of this before?

Just picked up some 172 cup Turinis with Half decent Toya T1Rs for £160 from a VW forum!!! The centre caps have had the renault bit taken off and Speedline sticker put on top so now i need some Renault diamonds!!! Anyone know prices on these?? Think i'm gonna have to buy the full centre caps...

Are they bolted in meaning a bumper-off job? Or do they just clip out?

Trying to work out what size resistor I would need to put in parallel with my Cups single LED festoon interior light so that it comes on when opening the doors. The standard bulb is 12v 5w and i'm guessing the LED replacement is 12V and a much lower power.

Bit confused about tyre sizes and the like. Can I put the tires from my standard 182 wheels onto Cup Turinis?

Since having my blueflame exhaust, when changing gear/engine braking the back boxes make a really annoying noise. I think its just resonance/vibration. Anyone heard of this and have any fixes???

So my mum was about to buy a mk3 clio dynamiqueS but is thinking it's too plain and she wants something sportier! I'd love her to get a 197 but she doesnt want to pay the petrol, etc. Apparently they have stopped making the GT models now but is there anything else available?

Is it possible to get an LED to come on when the door is opened and then fade out? I'm pretty sure LEDs are either on or off so has anyone seen some white standard interior bulbs? Cheers

My mums just about to put the deposit on a new clio but is unsure on whether to get a Dynamique DCI 68 or if it is worth paying the extra £1k for a Dynamique S 86. Anyone test driven them. Is the 68 underpowered??? Cheers
