RM, you have already sent me the letter from Renault so thanks for that. It states on the letter that you have to take all of the documents with you when you have warranty work carried out, is this the case or should they have it all on computer ?

Only had the car a week and I dont even think I have used the light washers yet so they must have popped out on their own accord ! Bit crap innit ! I think I will wait to see if the other one goes in the next few weeks or so which is likely because the car is nearly run in now ! 500 miles...

Washing my car tonight and noticed that I have lost one of my headlamp washing balls, what do I do now ? Do the dealers just replace it under warranty ? How long does it take to do ?

Well the paintwork looks good, just half of the car is covered ! I cant polish it in the sun so there is not much other time to polish it apart from the evening really.

.......you are polishing your car and then you get half way around and it gets too dark to carry on ! Fair dos tho, one side of my car is gleaming ! Annoying tho ! Thatll teach me for starting to wash my car at 8:00pm ! It was the first time I had polished it too ! Gutted !

Cheers wongy, that sounds like it could be it actually cos it does not happen all the time, only happened that once at those traffic lights but it was enough to make me notice it, I will keep an eye on it and if it is still the same I will get it checked.
