From what I've seen the average 172 is around 165bhp at the fly. This says 161, although it's on a K-Tec dyno and they're no renowned to be the most accurate.. Inlet's wont really make any difference to the outcome also.

She's still a baby yet mate, mines on 131k and running, well they don't run smooth but she's not missed a beat. Starts 1st time every time!

Not only what's mentioned above but do you find it hits the limiter early? It needs to be up to temp (half way) to give you the extra 1000 rpm.

Are you sure they're buckled and not un unbalanced? I bought some TD 1.2s and they shake like a biatch, they just need balancing though.
