anyone had any experience with spraying these and putting decal on? Would I need to sand the plastic flat or fill it so it's flat before I think about putting the decal on after painting or does the decal fit nicely in the groves already there?

looking at getting the door sills fitted, most people have told me there's arrows underneath the seal that line up with the arrows that line up on the sills themselves! Anyone know any different? Didn't want to just put them on without knowing if there was a proper solution.
