I think you need spacers for the mini pepperpot wheels. Someone on here has them, check in the Media forum for pics.
I think they're only 6inch wide though, so not sure you could fit 195's on them
That's exactly what I want to do, but I'm only going to be running Eibach pro's so not much of a drop.

Just in the middle of changing my shocks, the rubber sleeve/buffer that fits over the shock has perished and split. Renault can't get one in till next Tuesday.
Are there any generic ones that will fit off the shelf?

I had a new CooperS for about 10days or so, and had chance to give it a good workout.
The engine pulls really well, and strong - it certainly feels quicker than the Clio as it will pull from lower down. Around a track, I'd expect it to be a bit quicker, but not massively so. On the road it may...
Well I used to run Toyo T1R's on my old Puma, I much preferred them over Eagle F1's because of the stiffer sidewall. Plus a local fitter is a Toyo dealer and can do them for a very good price - so I may well try them first.
Hoping to pick up some 15s soon as my tyres on std alloys will need replacing in a couple of months. Are the PE2s still the tyre of choice for them then?
The fronts are the original ones AFAIK - so replacing both might be the way to go.
I drive quite hard, and will probably track it before the winter sets in. But how would uprated ones affect the balance with the standard rears? Any uprated ones worth looking at if I went down that route?
One of my front shocks has started to leak, it's not too bad for now so I'll replace it in the coming weeks.
Quiestion is; should I replace just the one or both front ones? Secondly, if I replace both - is it worth paying extra for some 'uprated' branded ones (ala Koni/Eibach etc) as they don't...
My rear pads are getting low, so I thought I'd have a go at changing them myself
I've not done pads before, but of the threads in the guides section I don't think I'll have too much trouble.
Am I best sticking to OE pads on the rear? Is there anything specific I'll need [to know] before...
As it turns out, its just scratched - but down to the plastic in 1 or 2 places. How much should I be looking at for a respray of the bumper incl. any blending that may be needed?
