as i cant afford insurance for the car i want (197) so i buy as close as possible and make it not a shopping car with simple mods. just so i can walk out the house and bare looking at it.
my eco college and back trip sees me 60-65, my weekend and night trips see me from 48-58 (fairly boosting about) overall im happy :) 130 miles ish to 10 litres :)
wow, looked at this thread like 4 times in the last 2 days just to see it again... 197 wheel would go awesome in there along with the seat re-trim you talk about :)
i quite like the white wheels and nothing else white, clios with dark wheels can easily be done and look good, gotta be carefull to pull of white though. Looks ace :) cup spoiler and then would be yum...
^^ this.. I had a female friend of mine that bought a mk2 with them mirrors on and even she realised they were awfull and got some standard replacements :) Mirrors should not be changed unless its a track car...
still not really legal unless the car was designed from day 1 to take them.
I have projector style headlights but they had H1 normal bulbs in, fitting HID's makes them look like an OEM setup, nice line on the road, not scattered everywhere, however..
I dont have;
Headlight washers

"Fully Sinfetic" "172 Front Bumer" "Rear Bumer Insert" "MOT intil september" "front Reno" "Dewipered"
and other things as "Custom Made Induction Kit" and, "insure it for a 1.2 but have 200bhp under the bonnet ;) "

i love storm grey! wow, some may say it looks like primer but its just something special and different that doesn't stand out as much as LY
shame its discontinued :/
think we might just have a bit drink but hardly out in the hotel, ryan has 3 hours track time in the morning so no hangovers allowed :P and iv got 15 mins later on in the day... anyone else with a DCI got track time booked?
DCI lad here, from north east :) im going down to FCS the day before and staying in donnington park services... havent bought a ticket yet for FCS and im rather confused as to all arangments, as it stands me, Wayne-g and Ryan218 are going down together as we like all are local to each other...
IMO, only cars that pull of the DRL, was the audi, First car i saw them and thought, that looks good! apart from that, no. As said above get a set of xenons and leave them on as they look shweet :)
think about that high mileage tho, sure someone worked it out on dci.net, that thats an average of 70 miles a day, probs all 5th gear work on motorways, probs only as much wear as a 90k town car!
