This would be crap for me, even on my eco trip to college down the dale road, 50 all the way, to save braking and wasting fuel accelerating i take most of the corners at a constant speed, g force = bad.... what a nightmare!
right, think mines working about 50%... tell me if aircon should cool the air on idle??... as mine doesent just blows warmish, soon as you get moving at like 10mph + its cold and good enough for me atm... my nearest garage that does it (20 miles away) wants 66 quid inc vat for a regas! so sacked...
im thinking could be fuel pump? is it only over that certain speed of 100mph, or is it just after a certain rpm that is only reached in 5th at 100... for example put it in 3rd and take it round to 4500rpm and see if the light comes on...
do i even need to comment? just amazing, the seats, the side mounts, the colour, the sun, the pure sex of a v6ph2.... just wow... Also, agree, set of fully clean plates would be icing on the v6 cake!
CS love to investigate what's going on. surprised they arent out there with laser measures and high viz jacket assessing the situation. Youl be right, just be carefull, learn and try not to do it again :)
when im going for it up untill 5th i rev it to 4k just as thats where it makes peak power. 5-6th normaly keep it between 2-3k... love the pull in 6th just sit there and go from 55-90 with no effort... il miss that in a petrol..
Im going for the simple life next.... Twingo 133 :') no DMF, no complex injection, basic interior...less to go wrong... cup chasis and a screaming 1.6....all you need (if your me and dont really do motorway)
Sounds about right :) Quite quick and have awesome mpg. Long as you survive the first few months of driving you should be okay!
Out of interest, at 17 how have you managed an 8k car? i thought i was lucky! haha
IMO, would look allot better with a different set of wheels, not a fan of them....loose the stickers, loose the C L I O as you said, maybe loose the i-music? i think it adds a bit of a halfords look myself but that might be just me, erm colour code the black door strips, and if your budget...
