Welcome mate I sold my k100 EP3 to get my clio cup, altho I do miss many things about the Honda the Cup is such a fantastic little car now mapped and breathing mods I enjoy it more than ever. Hope you enjoy the Clio 👍
Hi mate this happened on my cup too I was thinking the worst and was trying to source a new light, my local RS specialist took it apart and gave the terminals a good clean and applied a sealant and it’s good as now works perfectly! They did it when they serviced car didn’t charge me much !
Hi all
can anyone recommend a good seat cover for my 172 cup which doesn’t have to come from China and risk wiping my whole family out 👀
much appreciated
Mark
I have tried various products triple, Meg’s all in one even poor boys compound and workshop stuff I am no pro with a polisher but never got a perfect finish with any of them. I think it may be my machining skills lol but the triple didn’t really do anything to be honest I have started to come...
I have had a few maps going through various stages of doing the car I think was around 120 pound and was done live on the rollers the guy Chris who mapped it has a good rep with renaults and is a genuinely nice guy
The remap is all dependent on the engine condition and how the timing is set up , it’s never gonna be big power gains like a remap on a turbo car but mine achieved 190bhp with just an exhaust sports cat and filter. The low down torque is much better and the power delivery is smooth. It helps...
I have got the cup suspension and grams springs since going to Aline it handles perfect as can be the lads will talk you through everything and do whatever you need
I have got a whole box full of wax polish and sealants raging from fusso to auto finesse. The auto glym HD has been the best quick to use wax on the Clio. The Fusso worked well on the type r different car paints suit different products . I will still continue to waste money on different...
Welcome to the forum mate, loads of good lads on here. Check your history and that belts are up to date look at suspension, brakes bushes ect first and a good service. A filter exhaust and remap are Efi will see an improvement in drivability and slight increase in power depending on engine...
Hi All
Had this come through this morning, Santa Pod used to be my thing when I had high powered cars but not done it for ages due to lack of trade stalls and not going on the strip ect but thought maybe an opportunity to get some Renaultports together maybe have a section together not sure...
Lovely car and very detailed and interesting build and thread congrats on all your hard work the car needs centre caps tho looks so incomplete without them 👍
