I have spent over 4K on mine myself and have every invoice filed with work done by specialist and receipts in order. If they are asking this type of money this is the minimum you would want to see as a buyer

I just wash and decontaminate mine and then put some sonax extreme on mine this provides a decent barrier I think i apply a wax if I do the car too
