Just wondered what polish/wax or whateer you guys would recomend for my valver? Been using the old autoglym wich isn't bad, but been thinking about buying some of that P21s or Meguiras gold class or something although there expensive :dapprove:.
It's remapped, chipped, power boost valve, decat, uprated leads and I can't think of what else but I'm sure there is more! I'm suprised it's as high as 185 brake but he gave me the dyno print outs to proove it when i purchased it so can't grumble... let's just hope the engine doesn't go pop on me!
If youdon't mind covering your car in stone chips and changing your tyres every 5 mins. Just keep your eye out for something that's been tuned but going at a reasonable price I would? Bought my car on saturday and it's a valver tuned to 185bhp and it's obviously been used on track as it's got...
I'm paying £624 on the 10month bonus accelertator at Elephant. I'm only 18, 2 years no claims (dont ask) abd its on a valver. P.s. I stuck my parents on as additional drivers and the quotes dropped £200-£300. So I#'d try that if I were you...
The remote central locking on my valver isn't working. I can put my key in and turn and it opens fine but if I press the key nothing happens. I've tried putting new batteris in the key but nothing. Is this a common failure on valvers? what's lit likely to be?
Went upto Liverpool this morning to look at a valver, and now it's sitting out the front :D. I'm sure some of you have seen it before as the bloke I ought it off (Ian) used to be a member on here. Needs some new window seals, bonnet could do witha respray, aND A few other little bit and bobs...
Sorry, ignore the tappets, they're on hyraulic lifters. To be honest I don't really know much about pre-ignition, I think you might have to adjust your timing for that. Check your dipstick level! shouldn't be the oil. If you're really concerned about it take it to someone who knows a bit about...
