Looks mint! I think a black battery cover would tidy up the bay nicely.

Pretty sure I've seen some put a non return valve in the washer pipe to stop the fluid from leaking out.

Not my cup of tea but really appreciate the amount of effort that's gone it it, is that the finished paint job?

The air filter is in that big box on top of the engine, I believe you just have to undo it from the throttle body and pull off.

Plans sound good, I doubt the ride will be as harsh as you think, I've got cooksports and powerflex bushes and it's not really any different from standard.
