Thought I'd put this up as a general product guide for anyone looking to buy some new products. I havn't tried every product on the market but you can't go wrong with the ones posted below tbh. I'm sure Rich or some of the other guys on here can add to this plus fill in the blanks on stuff like...

    Greenstuff pads from EuroCarParts

As said, they're awful! I've got em on the front atm. Crap when cold, better when warm but after about 2 harsh presses on the pedal they fade!

    Dash Polish - Whats Best?

Stains - APC diluted 10:1 General clean - The halfords stuff is meant to be good. I personally use AG Interior Shampoo as it smells good lol.

    Project Track Tart

Bit of an update, nothing much though. Didn't really get as much done as I'd like unfortunately as the weekend seemed to go really quickly! Popped over to Luke's for a bit of a cleaning sesh: Some more foam action with a mix of Megs Shampoo Plus and APC :D: Washed: I'd...

    Project Track Tart

Never fitted it in the end but a mate of mine's got one and it's quite loud lol. Probably somewhere in the region of 98 - 105dB.

    Dash Polish - Whats Best?

Not tried that much dash stuff myself, but I like Megs Tech Protech. Makes the dash look much darker and smells awesome too!

    Another Schwep-tek Mod.

Looks great!! If you're getting harnesses, get 4 points as you'll regret getting 3 points. I had them on my old daily driver and they were fine. You'll feel cool so that outways the extra hassle anyway :rasp:

    Advice on Shine.... (PICS)

Clearkote yellow moose and carnauba moose are my faves (used one after the other). Gives a lovely wet look and brings out the flake. Pretty durable too :)

I've considered it, but I like the turinis lol. I may get some for track wheels though. I'm tempted to just get the turinis refurbed in a brighter silver as they look a bit dull atm. Cheers for the comments guys! Should be some more progress tomorrow!

    Project Track Tart

Cheers buddy :) I'll stick a few layers of sealent on the wheels which should help a little, and then a blast with the PW and foam lance every few days should help lol. Looking forward to fitting them as the greenstuffs I have on at the moment are crap!

    Project Track Tart

Thought I'd start a thread on my car's progress seeing as I havn't put any pics up yet. I picked the car up from Norfolk about 6 weeks ago, here it is with my mate's CTR at the services: First thing to do was to get rid of the standard aerial and replace it with a Mazda 6 one (cheers to...

Take it down to quik fit or similar and get them to loosen it off. Usually do it for free.

Clio 182 Fast Road spec *blog*

Looks spot on :) Did you have any rubbing on the front with it at that height?

    172 Cup in the wet

Mine's fine, I wouldn't say it's nervous at all. The problem is that people go in too fast, s**t themselves, let off and then the back end goes.

    H&R rear adjusters...

    No, that's 19cm mate lol
  24. RichCup

    H&R rear adjusters...

I've got billies (similar to H&R's but a slightly different rear setup) and I removed the adjuster ring and it sit perfectly now :approve: It's probably about another 10mm tops lower now.

    Alloy referbers in the Midlands.

    Pic Request: What Buckets?!

I'm in the same boat, considering most of the ones in this thread. Anyone know what width the Sparco Evos are? I've sat in some of the circuit ones and they were well tight!

    pressure washer

Yeh that'll come in handy as the non-reel ones get annoying. Does 10m cord mean the elec cable or the hose though?
  28. RichCup

    pressure washer

That looks ok :) You want something that offers about 6L a minute (or 360 an hour) which that one does. They also do a cheaper one for like 30 quid which I've heard is pretty good.

    Bilstein PSS9 issues after fitting

Fitted mine so I'll try and answer as best I can: 1 - You'll need to remove or cut the arch liner in the areas that it rubs. I'm currently about 2 inches or so down on the adjusters (so loads of threads left) and I don't have any rubbing issues although when it was halfway down it rubbed...

    pressure washer

The Power Craft ones they do at aldi are very good. Made by Karcher but much cheaper! (About £80 although I picked mine up for £65!!). I think they'll be hard to find now but if your local Aldi has one it's definately worth a buy! It's pretty much Karcher fitment too although you have to...
