No cds in my Lexus :( Last night it made a loud crackling noise then I got the above error on the display. I cant unload any of the cds. The cds load in via the face plate. Any ideas before it goes into the dealer?

I have found lots of in car cctv cameras but none which plug into a cigar lighter socket for power. I want a camera, wireless transmitter in the car and a receiver for indoors. If anyone finds one that can plug into the fag socket, please give me a shout. Many thanks
