Please help with Engine Issue - 182 2004

Nah, give them a clean with brake cleaner, and that's about as far as you need to go.

    cts reading

Open circuit - broken. A map could cause it to read -40, if the mapper was a complete fucktard and changed the wrong definition.

Clio 172 cup cam cover gasket part.

The cover holds the cams down. And the pulley fits over the cover.

Please help with Engine Issue - 182 2004

In my professional experience, I'd replace them no matter what. The valves are a weak point anyway without having kissed a piston.

Please help with Engine Issue - 182 2004

They don't look bent, but tbh I'd throw some new ones in. Make sure you use genuine or supertech. Patterns fail, ALWAYS.

    Clio problems - not sport

It's very rarely the pedal or the body, 8/10 times the faults are within the relay box in the engine bay.

    Clio 182 map sensor HELP!

Then it's not your issue IMO. But you're giving a prime example why it's better to pay for diagnostics rather than randomly replacing stuff.

Please help with Engine Issue - 182 2004

Yup. That's a common failure if the aux kit hasn't been replaced on interval.

£55 for a test, yeh that's no problem at all.

I don't do MOT's on site, but I'm happy to arrange them and take them to test. Idle being lumpy can be a sign of incorrect cam timing, especially so if the cambelt wasn't done by someone who is familiar with these engines.

Blyton isn't suited to turbo cars IMO.

Fuel injectors are fine. What are your current mods?

Phase 1 172 subframe and phase 2 172 subframe - are they the same?

Yes. The wishbone mounts are in different places

    Turbo Fuel Injectors

You won't need them unless you're running big power. Stock injectors are fine.
