I wanted to do this on my mk1 but ive seen a few posts about them sheering off and the studs sheering off would be a lot more hassle than having to align the wheel with the holes

Im going to paint/have painted the rear quarters as they are currently black from where the new panels where welded in but that will be all, The car will never be properly tidy but it wasn't bought for that! I dont plan on spending anymore money on it other than general maintenance

Haven't updated this thread but this is basically what has happened Seats bought and fitted (car hoovered afterwards) - Magnex exhaust fitted - I then sorted out some better brake pads, on Georges advice i bought some DS1.11 they dont come int eh right fitment for my wilwoods but...

I currently have black 2118's on my car which have a white 'speedline corse sticker' i am having some refurbed in gold and just noticed they are engraved with 'speedline corse' whats teh difference between the wheels except that? or is it just a different year or something?

I have one from primark but its not holding charge now at all, it was only a little one, 2200mah iirc. Ive seen one in halfords for £20 its a belkin 9000mah one but i assume people on here could recommend something at better price/bigger capacity e.t.c i want to avoid Chinese s**t!

I plan on dropping the turbo engine and ecu in to my mk1, I could mount the fbw pedal, do you think I could trace the wires back to the ecu and run it with the fbw pedal?

It's come from a ph2 and is already mapped, I want to avoid the cost of remap if possible and there's no where with in 3 hours of me that will map it!

What would I need to do to get a gen90 mapped for turbo to work in my ph1?

No its a 172 or 182 engine you need, a mk3 engine is not a direct fit

An F4R goes in a mk1 on the F4R mount, it all bolts up, you can use the mk1 gearbox or the mk2 gearbox (if you use a mk2 box you need the mk2 gearbox mount and battery tray) small wiring alterations needed and the ecu to be de-immobilised
