Need a proper back to back RR on the same car with the graphs (including afr's) over lapped and then of course a proper re-map (bearing in mind you will gain power with a proper re-map anyway which is why the back to back AFR graphs would be ideal) i'm looking forward to seeing what happens...

So basically its made no difference! you need it mapped, when i had cams fitted the the RR before mapping and after mapping was 15bhp difference, i think you'll see a nice difference with a proper map!

What did it make before the manifold?

I may also come once details emerge!

elastic band round the gearbox shaft and the fork/bearing, stops it falling off when your trying to put the gearbox on (the band can stay in there, its never going to win a fight with the flywheel)

A little tip, when i put the box back on i use an elastic band to hold the bearing/fork in place. You have removed the rack from the subframe and then lowered the subframe? just trying to understand how you've done it!

Is there an actual benefit to changing the lower inlet?

I dont really want to cut the bumper, if it sits below the bumper is it going to look terrible? i dont want a stealth either, the side exit on it is far to loud for me.

can people please show me your exhausts? mine has a side exit on it and i hate it.
