Hi Jack I am running the grams springs on my cup, seem ok so far nice drop and not to crashy nice and tight although getting a bit of squeaks and stuff when parking but fine up at speed

Hi guys I have just fitted new cup shocks and grams lowering springs to my 172 Cup When I am pulling away at low speed there’s a creaking/ knocking coming from rear passenger side Doesn’t happen when up to speed any ideas ? Many thanks Mark

I just replaces mine with RPD oem ones and went on absolutely fine mate ? nothing extra needed

Yes mate the guy said it had completely gone gone the inner too so had to remove and replace all of it, glad I had it done tho instead of just a quick repair as it would of most certainly have come back. I bet ur pleased tho pal makes you feel so much better eh ? If your anything like me stuff...

Hi mate I just worked through a long list of stuff for my cup, new cup shocks and grams springs, uprated some bushes Induction kit exhaust remap ect it’s a brilliant handling daily driver that doesn’t compromise comfort, oh and don’t forget brakes too ?

Hi mate from what I have done to my cup I would start with suspension brakes and tyres first and any servicing belts ect if due then maybe look at bolt ona exhaust and filter, did mine the opposite way round lol and a good handling car is best before doing performance upgrades. Best of luck ?

Been busy last few weeks I have changed all the shocks for new oem Cup ones and added Grams lowering springs and put in some new oem top mounts feels loads better Had the battery cover off a member off here super quality and craftsmanship fit perfect with a bit off adjusting to the intake pipe...

When it came off the guy shook it and sounded like a fat bird on a trampoline with a belly full of water

This used to happen in my 182 used to hit 5k and couldn’t see out the back window with all the vapour

Worth doing mate whilst getting everything else done and keeps the service book up to date too ?
