Ah right! I’ve read bits and pieces about that - where is the PCV valve/MAF sensor? I’ve only had the bonnet open once so far to check the oil, not had a good nose around it yet!

Aye i didn’t seem to have this issue with any of the other clio’s! I’ve seen these sprint boosters, £200 to improve the throttle is a sore one right enough. Probably be better mapping it!

These really are very planted motors when sending it on - not quick by any stretch but then they are fairly lardy over the Mk2’s.
Plan is to get the gearbox out and inspected with the synchros all replaced if thats what it needs - a very slight grind between 3rd-4th higher up the rev range...
