Front left abs sensor error, brand new bosch sensor

Tbh it says circuit on the fault which would indicate it's a wiring or sensor problem. I'm sure it says something else when it's an abs ring issue 🤔

The dust isn't too bad to wash off though. Not like Carbone Lorraine pads!

Aye yeah! Be interesting to see if the head on that is the same size as my 3/8 extended.

    Power Tool Perverts

I was under the impression that the extended ratchets had the same size head on the end, just the anvil was different.

    Power Tool Perverts

I've seen something like that yeah. Mine is the 3/8.

    Alarm Beeping

Yeah boot sensor I'd say too. Check the wiring inside the solenoid, one of mine had broken off the solder, I'm guessing from being repeatedly slammed over the years.

    Rebuilt engine value?

Upwards of £500 seeing as it's off a reliable source.

    PBS brake pads

You won't feel the benefit of uprated pads in the rear on the road mate.

    PBS brake pads

Yeah but you aren't giving them death on track 😂 Standard brembo are fine for the road.

How many days did that take 😂 The Milwaukee is the quickest out of all the ones I've seen in a review. I think they say after 10 minutes of continuous use to let it sit for 10 minutes before doing any more.

    Power Tool Perverts

I've looked at them but buggered if I'm paying £90 to inflate my tyres 😂 And they overheat after about 2 tyres 🙄

    DS1.11 overheating

Definitely a lot easier than trying to do it on the road with people dawdling everything.

    DS1.11 overheating

Yeah you can do that with them. I do the same with my PBS.

    DS1.11 overheating

From further reading the initial posts, it sounds like the bedding in procedure wasn't done correctly at all. 5 stops from 40 to 10 is no where near enough. Need about 40 stops from 100 to 30 on these.

    DS1.11 overheating

They'll take over 800°c Absolutely no one is getting them that hot, unless the brakes are seized on for a full session on track.

The whole bit comes off, plastic bit and the metal tube. Had to heat mine up and stick it in a vice with some grips on it to get mine out.

You remove the fitting from yours and screw in that silver adaptor you see in the pic, with a bit of PTFE tape.

My old karcher attachments got harder to push in the older they got. I think they must have an o ring inside that gets a bit hard over time. Give the end a spray in some silicone lubricant.

Yeah the yellow Kirkland ones are ok for most jobs. I'd use a better quality one on premium paintwork mind 😅

CM Composites brake air deflector fitting

Tbf if you're not arsed about trimming them down, I'd imagine they'd be alright.

CM Composites brake air deflector fitting

Similar thing when we tried to fit a set to my mates car. They bend that far towards the brakes that it hits the brake lines/caliper on full lock. Would have needed a fair bit trimming off. Better off making your own.
