Thanks, it's been a huge amount of work.
If any of you are Essex based, I'm part of the Essex Subaru Owners Club and our monthly meet is tomorrow in Little Badddow, near Chelmsford.
I don't know much about the Clio meets, maybe I should take it one day. ;)
Get OEM cup springs, some proper tyres and driving tuition.
I took a stock ff 182 to Snetterton recently and the results spoke for themselves.
No springs will ever make you quicker than some additional talent.
;)
Bomber got a new setup today.
Finally starting to find a setup I like. Ill drive her for a bit and make some tweeks to the dampers, possibly raise the rear ride height slightly. Then maybe a few slight alterations on the day.
Should be fun :D
I'm no racer so don't care about posting my...
Had 2 sets of RSRs on my Clio now and absolutely adore them. No issues in the wet IMO (Standing water exception) but sensational road tyre in the dry. Driven mine to the ring and pasted loads of faster cars with them. Also did Snetterton 300 last weekend on them (Stock cup packed 182) on a wet...
Hey chaps,
Just a quickie, i have read many stories of the outter CV boot clips snapping and the boot lunching the CV grease all over the show.
Mine too have done the same, it seems many replace these with a jubilee clip instead. Can anyone tell me what size clip i need without me having to...

Yeah the inferno is completely stock except wheels and tyres.
Full weight 182 FF with additional passenger.
The only thing that made it quicker was the driver.
Trying hard not to sound a cocky git, tuition will be the modification that makes your car much faster, all those other upgrades are...
Nice to be able to talk to each other with the intercom as Peltor helmets have ear defenders fitted inside.
No need at shout at each other or listen to the car screaming its nuts off at full tilt.
Lol, no idea really mate. Just thought if I still have it then I would bring it along as I know a few guys on the forum wanted me to take it last year. I was still quite new to the Clio malarkey last year and didn't even know about CSS till it was too late. Lol
Duxford is also pretty local, so...
Belter of a day mate.
Took my lady on her first trackday yesterday to Snetterton 300.
We went in my daily, which is a stock Clio 182 with both "cup" upgrade packs. Didnt get overtaken by a single car all day, the clio was faultless and we were grinning like kids all day.
She absolutely loved...
