    20Nm and then leave it for half an hour. Check again at 20Nm to make sure, the gasket should have settled a bit. 180° will be fine if you haven't got an angle gauge.

    There's a bit of a plastic tab on both the bumper and the wing. Drill a hole in each tab and put a cable tie through both. Held up well for years on my brother's 225.
