Hi guys,
Just purchased a new Ducati, the paint isn't clear coated so naturally I want to give it some protection.
I have some auto finesse carnuba at home, just wondering if there's anything you guys would recommend at all that isn't mega £££££
I've seen things like opti coat mentioned etc...
Warm soapy water and let it soak. Don't use detergent as it often breaks down the glues etc. Make sure you rinse thoroughly.
Make sure it's completely dry before re oiling.
Up to you at the end of the day bud. Personally I'd steer clear and keep it looking clean, I fear this may cheapen it.
But as others have said, can always go over them. Silver would have my vote.
Father in law had the exact thing with a wheel bearing.
They said it hasn't failed yet, his response was "so you're saying I should drive around with a lot of play in my bearing..."
They strangely changed their mind and paid out
I really rate PS3's, noticed this morning the inside edges are going on the abarth (usual story).
I'll be ditching the Pzero's which are w*nk for the Michi's
