when you say fit straight they wont!
how can they possilby fit they are a totally different shape and the bonnet is shaped differently as well as the wings.
Mhhhhh, any ideas where i could get a nackered cat from? how easy are they to replace like for (smashed out) like? does it affect fuel economy?

is it possible on the 1.4 16v? I heard it isn't. I was thinking of just getting a cat and smashing the insides out of it, what are the advantages/disadvantages. Just looking for some more response and maybe a little bit more noise, don't want it to affect the life of my stock exhaust etc

to do it cheaply it would seem trial and error is the best way, not much hassle, only 1 10mm bolt for each pencil coil, Just keep switching the new one round till it runs good.
all 4 front parts and the rears as well, as well as the front undertray, just keep an eye out for people breaking them. Yeh i toyed with buying them from renault but was just too expensive. ring matt black at specialist breakers in ackrington im sure they will have a full set they have had...
Ive got some Konisport adjustable front shocks, thinking of getting a matching set for the back and then some springs, which brand give the best drop/ride/handling?

any way you can drop a ph2 60mm while still retaining ride quality. I understand you must comprimise some. What will be better ride quality that Gmax 60mm springs on standard shocks?

not really. ive just bought a full set off someone on ebay for 30 quid. Best off getting the full set. modifying the standard ones is pointless, never offers much water protection as theyre simply not big enough.

you would find the radio code in the front of the service book anyway. seems a bit suspect, was asking him about arch liners and he said he had them and hasn't got back to me in a while. was happy to give me his address to arrange pickup.
