some xenon lights are illegal though arent they? theres also a full conversion you can do but this has an additional power source and is expensive. Id like some xenon bulbs for around £20 that wont blow or blind anyone! any ideas?

I have the iPod FM transmitter that plugs into my cigarette lighter. to get it working i need to tune my radio to a frequency that is un-used and is just static. Unfortunately when i try to manually tune the radio and change it by... lets say... 0.05 or .1 number, it jumps to the nearest radio...
