I have a set of fibreglass ones I will be getting rid of once I've bought a re-trimmed wheel
They're covered in 3M carbon stuff but that could come off and they're gloss black underneath - They wouldn't wear like the standard grips do
Ill be going back to standard inside once ive bought a new...
It is amazing how every car he sells has had mature owners. The ad's are all the same so I wouldn't fall for the phrasing.
Its too expensive IMO but no horrendously so. Some people will pay a premium to buy from a dealer as they get a small warranty / finance options etc.
I'd always prefer to...
The RS6 ones would look good in black, but i imagine the quality isnt going to be great and it look like you can only universal subframes so not sure how easily you would be able to fit them. They are £250 a seat so by the time you've got subframes too your looking around £600 which isnt far off...
Im guessing the first thing you are querying is a breather pipe probably meant to connect into the rocker cover but i dont know for sure so im sure someone else can confirm.
In the third pic the blocked off hose is the gearbox breather pipe. It is meant to be like that.
Hope that helps

I've found the specs online now. Its recommended for the Renault JXX Gearboxes so imagine its the right one for my 182and is a GL4+ (dont know what the plus means)
The NFP mentioned previously is recommended for the Renault PXX gearboxes.
On the Elf site none of the Renault recommended ones...
Rather than start a new thread asking the same old questions, am i right in thinking the Elf Tranself NFJ TRJ 75W80 is now the recommended oil for a 182 gearbox?

Hard luck chap. I know how you feel, had my GTI-6 keyed outside the flat a few months back (standard, no heaping exhausts on it etc) Don't think there was anything personal involved as every car down the road had been done but would love to know who did it.
Hopefully the 182 will be safe as its...
Small update.
My Clio must have previously suffered from the thumb grips wearing out as the original ones had been replaced with some gloss black fibreglass ones.
While these probably looked better than a pair of shagged rubber ones they didn’t really seem to match anything else in the...

Hi there. I'm pretty new to 182's myself. There is a buying guide here

I found this pretty useful when trying to find one!

Had the 182 a few weeks now. Its had a good polish and i've treated it to some new shoes so thought I would throw up a few pics. Excuse the quality they are from my Iphone
and with the new wheels
N it's not normal mate. Should be bang on centre after 5mins and should stay there. Could be you've got a faulty temp sender or your thermostat is stuck open.
Cheers for replies
Ill try disconnecting the battery and running it seeing if it goes / comes back on again, nothing to lose I suppose
If that doesn't sort it ill have to book some time off work and take it to a specialist.
I was of the understanding that the light doesn't turn itself off...
Dont spose anyone Nr Shrewsbury has got a fault code reader / resetter have they as my emissions light has come on?
Would get it into Birchdown but i could do without taking the time off work tbh.
