you cut out the sheets to fit at the back of the splitter (but imo theyre s**t and youd be better screwing in a metal plate instead with countersunk screws)
then you rough up the back of the splitter with P40/P80, the liquid should come with some hardener, usually yellow tube, then you mix that...
why you need mini usb to jack?
i can find normal usb to jack
or mini usb to female jack, then i suppose you could run a double male jack from that into whatever you need it for
cant find a mini usb to 2.5mm male though
if its completely snapped id probably reinforce the back too thinking about it
screw a metal piece accross the back. countersink 2 small screws at the front then grind the heads off if needed, then fibreglass and fill
drop bumper off, or just splitter if it comes off seperate, then fibreglass it from the back
grind the crack down at the front and put some in the front, grind that down, skim of filler, prime, paint
maybe
ive never used srp myself so cant comment.
if you really dont wanna add more lauqer id give them a slight wetflat with the finest wetordry paper you got thats lower than p1500 (p2000,p2500,p3000) and buff them up with g3
thatll give them a better shine
might polish out mate without needing to paint it, will be barely visible
try some G3
also have any of your workmates got light blue cars, or any vans that come in that are light blue?
yup yup, always use etch primer on bare metal staff or else it will all come flaking off, especially on something like handlebars, they need to be durable. so plenty of laquer too
anytime
knock off nigel is 100% laughable, to think someone got paid bloody good money to think up that advert. baffles me how anyone can think that is gonna prevent piracy is beyond me.
they should have hard, no bs adverts stating the fines you will get (not max bs fines that noone ever gets), what...
are they bare metal?
if so, rough them up with something like P320 and use etch primer, just a couple of dust coats to cover is fine.
let that dry, give it a key with whatever you have handy, the p320 dry is fine or you could use wetordry P800,p1000 or p1200.
then use normal primer over that...
different... aint too sure on the painting the roof black.. i think some decent quality carbon film would look better, but itd have to be a quality job. maybe get yourself a carbon fibre tailgate too
