Well here's the route I'm planning on. (let me know if it doesn't work!) I'll be driving up on the Friday, camping overnight for that night and Saturday night, and then coming back down on Sunday for those who want to convoy back...
OSRAM Cool Blue Intense
Phillips Bluevision Ultra
Your dipped beam fitment is H7, your high beam fitment is HB3. The above bulbs will be more white than blue, HIDs give you much more brightness and bluer light, but you'd have to change your headlamp clusters to projector units.
LEDs have s**t range. Look nice, but s**t range. You'll only see 30m in front of you. Well, the direct replacement ones anyway. High end BMWs and Audis do have LED headlights, but that's a different story altogether.
Try searching eBay for bulbs, OSRAM and Phillips make good bulbs.
Yeah, it's fairly close by, thread here:

7 minutes actually, according to google maps.
Everyone's there on Saturday night I believe, and I'd say a fair few are doing the Friday night too.
Get on it ;) (Tents are only £15-20 from halfords so no excuse there either)
I'm going, I have a 1.2. Didn't get kicked out last time so either nobody noticed me or you're allowed!
There's even a best non-sport award up for grabs ;) (or there was last year, Spinksy won it.)
Try playing Test Drive Unlimited 2. Hairdressers, plastic surgery and fashion shopping in a racing game? WTF. And don't even mention the physics. Makes GT5 look good.
I may keep an eye on this, but physics wise it doesn't press my buttons, and graphics wise it's not as good as I'd like either...
