Cheers for the advice, I'll get it looked at one day this week by the guys who did the cv boot, as I'm sure they'll take a look for nout.
Then I'll set about fixing it, second hand shaft time me thinks.
If I'm fitting a different shaft I may aswell fit new cv boots yes?
Jesus Daniel, how do you get out of bed in the morning seeing as you clearly couldn't work an alarm clock!!!
As Revels says, do the print screen, and post on here once you've followed his steps, then we'll see what we can do.
Would it not be better to get a new one? As couldn't a second hand one just end up fubar'd pretty quick??
So I haven't gotta drain the GB oil to do the drivers side? I'm farily confident it's that side, but is there anyway really easy tell tale signs? Or will it just be cv grease everywhere...
Its a facking messy irritating job though isn't it?
I'll get it checked on day next week then.
My car is very low, and I have to drive down one very bumpy road every day on the way to work, I think it could have killed it :(
I'll take the wheel off and check it out myself tmrw with MikeB as...
Next time it comes up press "prnt scrn" and then post the pic up on here, I'm assuming you know how to use print screen?? (not sure how technotarded you are)
Oh bummer :(
More money I don't have atm.
Is it gonna royally fubar anything driving it like this???
I may take it back to them and see what they say.
If I'd noticed it this morning I could have taken it in, s**t!
New problem developed today.... (and I don't know whether it's still safe to drive)
Driving along, when you put your foot down over say 60% the whole car shakes like a nutter? It still accelerates properly, just feels like something is grinding or something??
You can rev the car right to the...
Epic-ness, this is the same car that was up my arse all the way into bluewater last saturday, he tried to overtake me on the dual, so I just toyed with him, looked like a right goober.
I always see the little pink and white car in the background around, love it!
Where abouts are you from mate? If you happen to be local, I'd be more than willing to help you out, I've done it before a couple of times, very easy when you know how, and tbh with that guide its hard to go wrong.
Just make sure you totally understand what you are doing, and it'll become a lot...
Please don't ruin it, its so nice to see a 182 on the silver alloys and I personally think that the silver on silver looks superb!
I don't even like the 182 alloys, but I think they work perfectly on your car.
VERY tidy.
Ok, I'm going to ask, wtf is that on the bottom of the trophy bumper?
Pics look great and looks like a good varied turn out.
Oh and couzens, you need one of these as an avatar....
Bumper is 100% fixable if you have a bit of patience with plastic weld and a few skills with filler, primer and a spray can.
With the location of it being where it is, you could really get away with it, IMO.
f**king wildlife!
LOL!!! I need tyre shine too, result!
Will bring those bits, also, I'm popping to a scrappy sat morning, anything you need incase I see it laying around?
Look forward to a good cleaning session! (See, this is how sad I am)
NM as far as I know mate (as long as its not the mrs day off), I may be hangin' a bit, but thats about all.
You wanna come by here, or shall I come by yours mate?
I'm glad its not just me!
Mike, when you about?? I really need to sort that caliper. Plus a good clean and a few pics wouldn't go a-miss!!
Maybe Adam's stripped monster could join aswell.
I really like it mate, good work. Nice to see the ph1 getting some TLC as you say, refurbing the wheels and lowering it will make the biggest difference, it'll look like a different car!
