As title states I'm looking to buy a panel filter to replace original one
Which is better?
Or they both the same?
I know ITG is more money but is there a reason behind it?
Cheers
It's for on a 182 so it's no good for me unfortunately. But cheers anyway
Going to get in touch with Fred in week and take car to him Saturday and see what he can do.
Fingers crossed
It's just sourcing a second hand one that will be a bit of a pain. I want it sorting it's frustrating
Also
When I reach 95-100 mph I get a really high pitched whistling noise. Which puts me off going any quicker. Would this be related to the exhaust or something? I thought it may be the heat...
As title I'm in need of a new cat pipe as the flange is all cracked where it connects to the cat back.
How much am I going to have to fork out?
It would be cheaper to have a de-cat I know but I'm unsure if it's best option regarding MOT's
Any help much appreciated
Chris
Ah ok brilliant. And ye fitting them isn't an issue really as the mechanics a friend and fits them next to nothing.
And if I could sort some for less than my budget then that's great.
Cheers for the response.
Haha, very funny, and no. I'm not clued up on brakes at all :-/
I was just saying if I get new discs and pads on the front, e.g some brembo ones. Would it be worth doing the rear too. Or would it not matter too much?
My exhaust is blowing also, I have a yozza system. Cars at garage today and mechanic phoned just to say the flange on my cat pipe is all cracked. He's welded it up for now. But how long it will last I do not know. Where do I get a new cat pipe from?
Seems a fair few people are having issues...
Hi all. My 182 is in at the garage today to have some bits sorted, blowing exhaust, squeaky brakes etc
Mechanics rang just saying I need new discs and pads on the front. The rear are fine.
Just want to know what I'm looking for really. I've got around 200-300 pound budget on these. Less would...
Well it's Thursday now and the lights haven't been displayed since. Bit strange. But there must be a reason why they came on initially. :-/ confused.com
This comments like a MasterCard advert!
on motorway with cruise control on at 75 with air con breeze in your face sat in comfy and good looking seats. Priceless ;-)
My exhaust is blowing slightly on cat-back connection, I'm getting it sorted Saturday hopefully. Is this something you could sort out Fred as I was going to head over yours if I couldn't get the local man to do it.
Very annoying though as I can constantly hear it. :-(
