No a few user have had 60 installed with no problems after a year (then they change the car or get coilovers).
The shocks arnt the best so uprated ones would be better but you dont need.
It will shorten the life of the normal shocks though
77 51 473 024 BONNET £128.85 ex vat unpainted and unfitted
You might be able to get one cheaper form specialist Renault breakers (have a searh for some web addresses on here). But after my experiance with them there somtime the same price as Renault. Alos may Clio are involved in front end...
Autoleads have a website I remember when I was looking for a cable for my ch changer but you have to go to Halfords and show them what you want and from what I remember you cannot buy a Renault style connector ie so the cable connects to the back of the head unit.
But with an aftermarket one...
If theres no wire in a fuse then its burned out. When a fuse wire gets to hot ie power overload then the wire heats up and melts stopping power but saving the machine from an overload.
Replace it with a similar power one and should be fine.
Glad its not just me who has been told that.
Funny that company who are so unbothered my mods are so strick on 172s.
You can get a Fabia Vrs chipped for very little with them (£200 extra for me) but a 172 your looking at needing to be 25 and paying ~£1200.
Tesco and Direct line charge...
£89 for Renault.
No way round it there a rip odd even a Renault breaker wanted £95 for one from a crashed Clio.
I got one from Jay on here for £7 I dont think he can getr any more though
I have an older one which I got with my cd changer originally which I think works. If you want to try...
I think youd be ok .
I dont know how you would chck them realy unless you have NDT carried out on them (expensive and need the tyres taken off) and alloys are quite strong so I cannot see how you would crack on in normal use
The parts are about £82 for each skirt from Renault so £165 for both.
No idea about the cost for painting but fiment shouldnt be to bad. But to attachthem you need to either bond them to the car or drill holes in the the sills and use the brackets.

He is insured tough so if he crashed into you your covered. Its him and his car which arnt covered and the insurance companies will try and get back any money they spend fixing your car etc from him.
Only problem then is changing gear the ratios would be different and 6th gear would be missing.
Im still all for me idea of getting welding a new front of a Cup into the back of a 172 then turboing them both.
Hum a 520hp Clio.
Ive thought about this a lot surly if you had a smashed up Cup you could just weld the front of the Cup into the back of the (ok thats an easy way of looking at it but still)
Youd have to lose the back seats but 330hp and all wheel drive should make for a good 0-60 time.
Someone in France...
The new software should fix any problems.
If you have any more trouble as Reanult dont fix it first time Id recomend trying another dealership some of them are much better than others.
Ideling is what the engine does when you dont have your foot on the peddle its a fixed amount of revs the engien runs to keep the engine going. The ECU controls the amout of fuel etc it should run to make the engine stay at idle. When you put your foot on the accelerator the ecu recognises this...
When you say it goes 50:50 do you mean the dfront and rear brake pressure goes equal. If so will the rear brakes as they have a smaller piston diameter work less efficiently at slowing the car than the front so help maintain a more like 70:30 brake distribution?
Yep your right but assuming £14k for the 172 paying £230 per month on a contract you have paid ~£1.5k so your ~£16k loan is only down to ~£14.5k.
A 172 6 months old will at a guess be worth £10k trade in against a contract 182 so you owe £4.5k to swop.
Even assuming your contract loan was...
You could do this but youd need to end your present contract and start afresh so your looking at quiet a fair bit to change.
My guess is that your paying ~£230 a month so youd have to find about £4k to change but there only guesstimate figures.
Fred is supposed to be getting about 220hp from his new engine no idea how its progressing though.
Theres was a mexican (I think) owner who has the kit K-Tec are selling who had ~260hp.
Im sure there was an owner on here from Wales a while back who was having this Clio engine turboed to some...
Get it back to Renault it migh need a reloading th of ECU maps etc.
The 1.2 engine has problem with this sort of thing a lot.
After than the coils are the next possible poblem.
You can buy the pads of companies on the net for about £13 (~R180)
You can do the pads yourselve very easily Im sure people have written a few long post on how to do it.
I had to change my pads at ~18kmiles or about 29k KM.
A major service is over £200 (~R2400) over here in England.
