would appreciate your comments, thanks
Been to Birmingham today so filled up with petrol before i went. Did a round trip of 320 miles and it used a whole tank of petrol!!! the whole journey was on the motorway doing 70-100 mph so u would think fuel consumption would be good...... i only have a 1.4 16v Alize.
What do u guys get...
i went from 14" standard to 16" superlagerras and found no peformance change. Only very slight decrease in acceleration but nothin to loose sleep over :) good choice of wheel mate.
expect insurance to be about £1400 on the 1.4 16v. maybe go for a mk2 phase 1 to keep the price of the car down... one like mine perhaps, can be bought for about £4500 if u look round (mines a 2001 on a Y plate)
nah not really... i got a sony too. it took me about 40 mins to do the job. hardest part is removing the top part of the dash, but if u become a member then theres a guide telling u exactly what to do ;)
Its definately worth it mate, trust me :D
erm... it depends on the make of HU u wanna buy. it goes from the stalk remote to the back of the head unit. i can remember somethin bout it connecting under the clock display too. U will have to remove the dash to fit it tho :D
okie doke... its just it happened to the drivers side before and reno said somethin had snapped so i had to have a new part (cant remember what it was). Whatever they did seemed to fix it too cos it shoots up now, but its happened to the passenger side now!!
