Atm I can move the engine by pushing on the stock mount, it's a little worrying tbqfh.

I had all new gearbox mounts done last year aswell as a new mount bracket.

I'm in Coventry mate. I've come to realise there's some really sound people on here that are more than willing to help out with mechanical stuff, I really want to learn as much as I can, I just need people to show me how things are done, so I can get stuck in.

Mine will be showing up dirty as I had planned to clean it tomorrow, but I have to work because one of the women has called in sick, fa*ny's bleeding or something.

I've got a polybushed dogbone already, it went in when the gearbox was replaced last year along with new OEM upper box mounts. The only one left to do is the engine mount, so uprated it is as the manifold is hitting the subframe & heat shield, from what i've read it looks like I can do it...

Not a weak point as such, but they do wear out quicker if the car gets driven hard. Might be worth looking at the tie rods and track rod ends aswell to see what condition they're in, jiggling the tyres when it's on a lift will show up any play.

Picked it up from the garage after it had it's new radiator fitted. :approve: Old one fell apart in their hands apparently, it was leaking like your granny's bladder though.

Ah right'O cheers for that. :approve: Is that K-Tec mount in the pic all I need, or are there other bits that come with it or that I need to buy?

I've done a search and all I can find are threads asking, 'should I fit one?' or 'are they any good?' What I want to know is are there many options and which one is best? As far as I can tell my choices are the K-Tec one. Then there's this Vibra Technics one that I only heard of the other...

Radiators all done and they said all the pipe work's in good nick aswell. :D I asked 'Did you find the leak on the old one?' He replied 'It fell apart in his hands mate, it was f*cked!!' I'm quite glad it was knackered, I hate spending money on things that are borderline.

As 17s go those aren't bad tbh, but imo it would look better on 15" Oz F1s. That's what i'd put on it if it was mine anyway.

Sell up and get a bicycle, it sounds like you can't afford to run a car to me. ;) Some of those are only 20-60quid each, just do one every now and again and that list will be cut in half before you know it.

I wish my car didn't know it had auto wipers because they're possessed, sometimes the slightest drop makes them go ape sh*t, then other days it can be pissing it down and it does sod all. I wish I could just set them on intermittent so they wiped at regular intervals.

I thought about it logically today and that rad is 10 years old, it did well to last this long tbh, i've still got a full belt service to do this year, not to mention the slow sump gasket leak & upgrading the original engine mount you can move by hand. :S Exotic French b1tches do like money...

I've never used them, but a lot of lads use aero wipers as they clean up the look of the wipers. I don't know if they're good aero wipers or sh*t ones, I just found you the cheapest ones I could. :approve:
