In work we use cordless drills for that ;)
Surely that roughness is going to reduce/interrupt airflow to an extent? Worth cleaning up or not much of a difference?
I love using bluetooth. It works so well, and it means I don't have to fart around to do anything. Simply jump in, turn the ignition on, press play.
The sound quality is great, and you can skip tracks using the stereo/wheel controls.
Only downside is that if you turn the ignition off and then...
I saw a better one than that, was some shitheap rally where they literally floated across a huge river. Can't find it now, which is incredibly annoying.
That's the main problem. Foreign hillclimbing can last as long as 10 minutes (Pikes Peak!), if anything they're more like short road rally stages.
Round here hillclimbing is nothing more than a minute. It won't change until the closed road regs get through, but people have been trying for it...
What boxes did they use on the S1600? Although I can imagine it'd be £££££.

If the bulbs you already have don't work, I doubt these will. Sounds like there isn't any power going into the holder?
Did it work before you put the LED bulbs in?
So long as you're not holding it on the limiter all the time, don't worry. Clios are very rev-happy so don't really mind being driven at high RPM.
Simply enjoy the car ;)
As above, LEDs are polarity sensitive.
I use these:

They fit exactly through the holes in the holder, any larger and they wouldn't fit!
