I don't know what the law is in Lithuania regarding HIDs, but they pass MOT's here, and there's nothing really to stop you putting HIDs in after the inspection.
I know of certain companies which use iPads preloaded with software which connects to the stability systems on ships in order to test them and run diagnostics.
Pretty much. No impact upon them if you crash, and they won't have to do anything. They may wish to tell their insurer that they're insured on another car but I don't think it's a legal requirement.

Indicators can be replaced with Silvervision bulbs, removing the orange 'fried egg' look. Or alternatively you can use OSRAM diadems, which appear blue when off.

I thought the car had a full cage, my bad. A full cage would protect the passengers to an extent in frontal impacts as well as rollovers, side impacts e.t.c. as it helps maintain the integrity of the passenger cell.

For Ph.1's you need a loom, light stalk with fog switch, and the fog lights themselves. Probably the same for a Ph.2, although I'm sure someone else will confirm.
Bulb may have turned too far in the holder. Stick the indicator on, unscrew the bulb slightly and see if it comes on. If that doesn't work, wiggle the wire going into the back of the power connector, or check power is getting to the connector terminals by unclipping the connector from the bulb...
Without the fuse the lights 'swap' - the headlights go off when the high beam goes on.
Is there just an empty space or is the fuse box a different shape?
AFAIK there's very little difference so unless your current interior's in a poor condition there's not much point switching.
Get a proper leather interior ;)
