    Strip it out NOS a 25 hp setup should b fine if your gently if your worried run a progressive setup. Not worth doing loads IMO sure you could turbo it etc but for the cost might as well drop a GTT in there for £1000 (plus whatever you want to spend on a doner car so between £500 and £50,000)...

    Depends on how many yrs NCB, the milage you do and driving experiance. For me at 21 with 1yrs NCB 1 claim and 17k/ye its about £1400~1700. But if you do less miles put it in a garage etc you may get it for £1000.

    humm 335hp ATW sound a bit unliky 1.1 bar about douibles the normal aspirated power so without the turbo the engine makes ~190hp at the fly so its either had loads of work or the cars been done on LADs RR. Id worry about it the Polo with that tunning will be more problems IMO than a 172...

    Shoudl cost about £200 well thats what my local dealership in Wrexham said I think Lewis Read on the Wirral is about the same. £300 is a rip of especially with the little work they do. You can do the brakes yourself no probelm and I cannot see what they will have worn out in 36K I drive mine...
