Mix 1/8 cricket bat oil and 7/8 turps/ white spirits. You will have to wipe the dirt a few times though and let it dry. There was a recient thread about this have a search (I still cannot remember what the oil is called)

H7 are right there the main beams on ie come on automatically. I use the 50% uprated one much better IMO. Go to Halford if your not sure they have a chart telling you wich is which. Good value though I paid £35 for two H7 ones
