Try talking it back to Renault. There are the usual thing which can be a problem throttle bodies, ECU mapping, spark plugs

Have a look at the spark plugs or replace the IK with the normal airbox and take it to Renault they should be fine if you have just an exhaust. The IK may be causing the problem

Take in in to Renault you may need some updated software. The 1.2 has quite a few problems like this the new software usually fixes it.
