Gorgeous car IMO, if we were exactly 3 years forward in time, I'd buy this tmrw.
Although my comments are based on your photos Justin, he makes that car look pretty shabby in comparison.
I'm sorry, but I'm going to deface your car.... lol! :rasp:
It'll look good with a cup spoiler with the ph2 side strips etc and you know it!
P.s, how often do you look at the back and the front of a car at the same time?
99% of the time it is insurance costs.... or if someone wishes to have a mile munching diesel.
RS's look the best out of the clio range by quite a distance, so obviously if you take pride in your car, why not make some subtle modifications to make it look better.
I'm about to go the other way.... Cup spoiler and ph2 side strips and it looks great IMO.
Although I think the ph2 bumper works better on cars that are very low.
Re: Project Ph1 OneSevenTwo
Minor update.... (Big one coming this weekend)
Recieved some 2.0 bullets to replace the poorly painted "renault sport" items....
AWFUL iPhone pictures after work....they look better IMO, but I'm thinking Titanium with black lettering?
Before
After
Ontop of...
Cheers wise chaps, I wish I had one of these tbh, between you two there's not much you don't know! lol! Oh well... will have to stick with my ph1... what a shame ;)
Where did you source the gti 6 calipers etc from?
Larvely.... he's got some 16" team dynamics or maybe 15's I can't remember, lol.
Cheers for the info, I'll get him to go with the 306gti ones if they are readily avaliable??
Stopping power greatly improved? Had an good tussle's yet? Have to take me out in it next random meet down your way!
I think a knob is a lot more mate, but I've heard they are a total b**ch to change? (Just the knob) Unless changing the whole gear leaver makes it easier????
Also, painting it would be bloody impossible wouldnt it? Due to it being fixed to the car?
Oh, :( not what I wanted to hear, any links to the sort of polish and drill attachments you used???
I'm guessing you did it on the car as it doesnt come off easy does it?
Oh and pics of how it came up?
I'll go with metal polish first, wet and dry will be a last resort, as I don't want to just end up with it looking like brushed (i.e fuvked) ali....
As for the offer, the things you'd do for a ride in someones car.... but I'll keep it in mind ;) LOL!
Exactly what I said sir, print out, fill in. Done.
Although I went to a job interview once where the spelling test was in MS word.... and they said nothing about not using spellcheck...
