Holy sh*t!!! That grey Spider on the right is amazing. It's because the US is a massive country, so there are alot more rich people in relation to the UK, purely based on land mass size.

Not my kind of thing but it's been done well tbh, not over the top like alot of others.

I like the 'rat' style they've got going on, but I don't even like immaculate Beetles......hateful things.

Some people just don't get that modifications are meant to improve a car, not ruin it and make it perform worse than standard.

Reading everyones posts has made me feel a bit guilty about letting my car get in a bit of a state, the poor thing's in desperate need of a damn good wash. But then again so am I, so I guess we suit each other. :cool:

I'll never get rid of mine, unless the engines blows up and it's cheaper to buy a replacement, but i'd have to get one with the same mods, so doubtful tbh. I've just had too many good times in it and I kind of feel the same way about it as I do about my dog, it's sort of feels like part of me...

Sounds like it's knackered tbh, standard 172 exhausts are meant to be quiet in comparison to an aftermarket exhaust. Forgive me for asking but are you sure it's a standard exhaust? This one's off a 182 but the backbox design is the same.

I wonder what his reserve is on that? Could be a cheap laugh if the price is right.

Black as long as you either colour code the black bits to the cars colour, or the same black as the wheels.

^^^This. After I changed my ball joints the other month turn in was a sh*t load better, although it has now shown up how worn my track rods are now, I can feel a little clunk on hard cornering. It was an advisery on the last mot tbf, so I know it needs sorting.

DCI badges are a nice touch, was that to wind people up when you destroy them on track? ;)
