One of the best intros to game, when this came out it was like a quantum leap in graphics.
It also reminds me of smoking shed loads of weed in the 90s.
I can't believe Xenon was wiped from my memory, I used to play that all the time when I was a kid.
Anyone remember Space Harrier?
I'm surprised I didn't have an epileptic seizure playing this.
Another one i'd forgotten existed.
Holy sh*t!!! That grey Spider on the right is amazing.
It's because the US is a massive country,
so there are alot more rich people in relation to the UK, purely based on land mass size.
It's looking good but still doesn't quite look the part yet,
respray should transform it along with the bowling ball wheels, can't wait to see it. :approve:
Reading everyones posts has made me feel a bit guilty about letting my car get in a bit of a state,
the poor thing's in desperate need of a damn good wash.
But then again so am I, so I guess we suit each other.
I'll never get rid of mine, unless the engines blows up and it's cheaper to buy a replacement,
but i'd have to get one with the same mods, so doubtful tbh.
I've just had too many good times in it and I kind of feel the same way about it as I do about my dog,
it's sort of feels like part of me...
Haha, it did feel weird touching someone elses car,
but I was just kind of excited to see such a nice example with a CS sticker at my local Sainsbury's. (Sad, I know.) :o
Are you local then or just passing through?
You're really moving along with this now, at this rate it'll be ready for the summer.
I'd love to have one of these.
Although sod building it, i'd cheat and buy one ready done. :o Laziness ftw.
Sainsbury's Courthouse Green about 3pm.
Absolutely mint 53plate Burg 172 with Anthracite badges, you had a CS sticker in the back window,
but I left you a flyer just to say hello and see if it's anyone i've met in the past.
Sounds like it's knackered tbh, standard 172 exhausts are meant to be quiet in comparison to an aftermarket exhaust.
Forgive me for asking but are you sure it's a standard exhaust?
This one's off a 182 but the backbox design is the same.
Nope, not unless you buy carbon fibre ones.

There are people that have had full steering wheel refurbs instead, I think it costs around £120...
^^^This.
After I changed my ball joints the other month turn in was a sh*t load better,
although it has now shown up how worn my track rods are now, I can feel a little clunk on hard cornering.
It was an advisery on the last mot tbf, so I know it needs sorting.
