The GT spoiler is the nicest imo, subtle is the way to go.
I've gone off the cup spoiler as the years have gone on, just a bit OTT for my liking.
Not that i've got a 200, i'm too poor. :dapprove:
Sorry mate no vids or pics i'm afraid,
and I can't remember for the life of me how much I paid as it was bought and fitted at GDI years ago,
although it was fitted by Danny when he worked there, so he might remember what I paid. lol
TBH I think his prices are a bit cheaper than what it cost me.
I've had a Piper Stealth for years cracking exhausts, although a little boomy at lower revs,
but it shuts up once you get upto 5k rpm when my engine drowns it out.
Saying that i've got no back seats so that doesn't help the noise levels,
although it's alot nicer sounding than other makes...
Sh*tting Hell, warp speed!!!
If they go any faster they'll travel forwards in time. :S
My eyes couldn't keep up with the track, that's got to be instant death if you f*ck that up,
they must be wired on adrenaline driving those mental things.
It also means it looks standard even though it may be modified.
This can mean allsort tbh, from looking completely standard to having different parts such as other factory alloys,
sometimes from other models all together, aero wipers, silvervision indicator bulbs, colour coded bits and bobs...
Catchy tune.
I wouldn't be walking that close to the rollers in one of those robes if I was them,
you could find yourself standing in nothing but your pants before you knew what was happening.
You can mate, i'm just lazy so I thought Campus ones would by a quick fix if resprayed. :D
You could always put 1.2 bullets on it just to wind people up when you disapear on them. lol
I've always thought about getting smoothed bullets and blending them with the side strips, so no bugger knows what's under the bonett.
Only thing is it means the side strips can't then be removed.
The Clio Campus has smooth bullets, I keep meaning to go down the scrap yards to see if I can get any.
Another one that's just taken the manufacuers figures on gains, added them together and BOOM....200bhp.
180bhp + 10bhp exhaust + 10bhp remap = 200bhp :S
I must be running 210bhp adding all my mods together. :clown:
Don't really know mate as i've never used one, i'd be happier sticking a point and press in one than a £2k piece of kit.
But as Tom said his Mrs wanted to take shots under water, i'm assuming she has a point and press rather than a pro kit.
I looked at mine today and it's totally knackered,
i'll be wedging in a bit of old garden hose pipe and zip tieing it in place,
seeing as it's reinforced rubber it shouldn't sag or vibrate.
At some point i'll get a Prima Racing mount as a few people say it's a decent upgrade on the crappy...
Re: Why did you choose a clio sport??
Glad you like it, they're a right laugh to go belting around in.
I first drove one when a mate got a 182cup, I did say to him 'why have you got a womans shopping trolley?'
He told me it's not a normal Clio it's a 182cup, which tbqfh flew right over my head...
I had two new tyres fitted to the back a couple of months ago and the rear was all over the place,
tyre pressures were too high, the first thing I'll do whenever I get new tyres from now on is drive straight to a petrol station
to check them.
