For indicators, Silvervisions. However I use OSRAM Diadems for my indicators (blue when off), so I haven't used them myself. Dipped headlights, OSRAM Nightbreaker + bulbs are the closest bulbs to Xenons in terms of power. Sidelights, SMD ones off of eBay.

Clios don't have CANBUS. Sidelights are W5W, number plate light is R5W

Good, shouldn't be a problem to fit HIDs then. Go on eBay and get a kit for your bulb fitment. The bulbs will swap straight over, there's an electrical box (called a Ballast) to bolt down each side (mine are cable tied down) and then simply plug the power connector from the car into the one on...

Do you have a Ph.2, and does it have Xenon headlights? If so, the adjustment is done automatically by a sensor on the rear beam, so the switch isn't needed.
