    iirc you can get product which you spray on the windscreen at night, and it stops it freezing/ice forming.

    Dodo juice, R222 waxes are pretty good for the money imo, or if your want to spend a little more Swiss wax Best of show is good stuff. Your car sounds like it needs a PC polishing, to get rid of the swirl marks.
