Amazing, i'd need a lottery win in order to pay for something like that,
then some big balls to drive it, I bet it's a right handfull!!!
Any vids, or is the owner too scared to give it full blast? lol
Very nice looking car mate, have you considered doing the bullets and badges in black, and wheel badges in white?
Would complete the black & white theme imo.
TBH Saturday's the best day for it, it's just that i've started a new job and can't really blag a Saturday off yet. :dapprove:
I'm pretty resigned to the fact that i'll never have any weekend fun ever again, although the money helps my mood. :D
Maybe next time.
F*CKING HELL!!!!
By new do you mean second hand, recon, or actually brand new?
If they're brand new i'm shocked!!
What kind of power you running to keep shredding boxes, 400bhp or something? ;)
Also how you paying for all that work & parts, robbing post offices? lol
That's exactly how I feel, i'll never get rid of mine unless the engine blows up, but even then i'd either replace the engine
or just get another 1*2 and then do the same mods.
I f*cking love it, it's just such a laugh to drive.
Aren't the 182cup seats the same as the standard Renault Sport seats,
just without airbags or the leather & alcantara upholstery?
A mate of mine had a 182cup and we compared his seats with my 172s seats, I swear they were the same design.
No, this is his car on the left, next to Curleys old cup (another good lad from Cov)
There's my Iceburg 'Filthy Rocket' on one of the rare days it was actually clean. lol
Here's the whole thread from the Easter meet 2010...
B*LLOCKS!!!!
I work every Saturday, i'm a photographer and it's the studios busiest day. :(
I've got a fresh gearbox and the car seems faster than ever, i'd love to know what it's producing.
If anyone wants me i'll be in the corner crying.
LOL, I was in your situation last month, I now have a working car with a replacement box, but no f*cking money anymore!! :dapprove:
I'd like to add 'reliable gearbox' to my list of things I miss.
I think it looks alright, I like it.
As far as worrying about it being gay, we drive Clios............doesn't get much gayer than that,
they're a womans grocery getter and always will be.
Decent seating position & full leather, cruise control, better interior as in dashboard fit and finish, decent speakers.
But believe it or not the thing I miss most is a centre console armrest, alot of my previous cars had armrests,
I wouldn't buy a car that didn't have one, it makes long...
There is the odd one every now and again, i've met a couple of good lads from going to local Cov meets.
Only thing is I work 5-6 days a week including weekends, so i'm buggered for any more. lol
No I drive an Iceburg 172, might have been tomo182 he lives in Cov and drives an Inferno 182.
I thought i'd responed to your spotted thread, as no-one ever replies to mine lol,
i'm starting to think that that most people that drive Clios in Cov have no idea this place exists!!
If it was an Orange Renault Sport then it would have been a 182, as the orange (inferno) colour was only an option on the 182s,
the colour's also know as 'Bean' as in baked bean, that and it being an 05 plate. :D
Also going fast on the ring road is the only way to drive on it.;)
If you drive...
I'm happy when it works, miserable when it's broken.
I was really happy with it untill the gearbox exploded, now it's fixed and working well I can't help but think it's
only a matter of time untill it rapes my wallet again.
Every notch of the gearbox, squeek and rattle of other things just...
I don't have a smart phone, I still use a Motorolla KRZR K1 had it for years.
I only need it to make calls and text, also i've found that people with smart phones don't seem to know how to have a conversation
with people they've only just met, they're always getting it out and f*cking about...
I've adjusted my brake pedal switch loads of times,
and had people that have sucessfully adjusted theirs have a go, but it's never worked.
Besides, doesn't the brake pedal switch/plunger just adjust when your brake lights come on?
I had SERV, ABS & T/C on a couple of years ago, they thought the sensor might just need a clean as I had a split gaitor/boot
and it had thrown grease and crap all over it, turned out I needed a new ABS cable on the front.
Only problem is even now, years later I still get Serv ABS & T/C on...
I think i'll stay in and drink booze instead, i've been at work all day taking photos of badly behaved kids,
I don't want to spend my spare time with a load more.;)
