thanks tom - at last did it....here some pics of the job being done.....excluding finding out the my torx screw driver in my boot is stripped and then finding the smallest allen key type thing that fits and dropping in the engine bay.....

bought a K&N filter, but have no idea where to start changing it - someone kind enough to point it out on the attached pics - I'm useless when it comes to these things.

has any one got a pic of a Mk2 clio lowered on 14" wheels. Am looking at getting some Apex springs with 35mm drop (first and only kind available in south africa) on my clio mk2 (think you call it an rsi)

considering getting "freeflow" exhaust....
what do I need to know before I go into the exhaust shop ?
do I get my cat convertor removed ?
will it make any real difference in performance ?
what about petrol consumption?
...and what does a free flow have or dont have that a standard...
thanks guys, I actually swapped the luggage bar with the mrs's bar from a phase 2 where the hooks are closer together, so its not as fiddly hooking the net around the sub box in the top left corner of the boot - looks neater too. will get a pic up later.
now I'm still deciding about ph2 tail...
