The engines are reliable, in 5 years of RS ownership never had one let me down. They're reliable but thats not to say they'll be without minor niggles or build quality issues.

Nice one, love f1 cups! Scottish Transmission services are cheap as chips for clutches. driveshafts not sure about rebuilds / recons on boxes. Use somewhere the taxi drivers use cause they'll be reliable and reasonably priced...

182 - £12k new in 2004, sold for £6650 in 2007 on 40k 172 - £3350 on 54k, 52 plate bought in 2009 If you wanna know what 182 prices will do, look at 172 prices. My 172 cost about half what I sold my 182 for and to all intents and purposes its every bit as much car.
